If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact us page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 7 days of the delivery date to our Hong Kong outlets.
Please note:
Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, you can choose between a refund via the payment method used when purchasing the item, an exchange or an eshop credit.
